- Coordinates with an automated system to maintain relevant data.
- Prepares reports and projections as needed.

- Analyzes and evaluates existing policies, programs, plans, systems, operations, procedures and documents.
- Develops improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
- Aids in the development of program performance standards.
Ensures accuracy of financial data
- Collects, assimilates, and verifies financial data for internal and external reporting.
- Ensures accuracy of financial data for internal and external reporting.
Reconciles and corrects discrepancies
- Reconciles files that are out of balance.
- Researches and takes corrective action on identified errors.
Supports procedural development
- Assists in developing procedural manuals.
- Advise appropriate company officers on established regulations.
Assists in budget preparation
- Assists in preparing annual budgets and budget requests.
- Provides internal auditing and liaison services.
Reviews and evaluates financial status
- Reviews and evaluates institutions' financial status.
- Evaluates loan files, cash and investment accounts.
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Work Experience: 5 years for support or 0-2 years for professional
