Accounting/Banking/ Finance/Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform daily batching and reconciliation of accounts receivable activities.
• Manage invoices for both external and internal customers, including manual invoice creation when required.
• Handle unapplied cash requests from the corporate collections team and ensure proper account updates.
• Support accounts receivable collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Work with customer service teams and account managers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Enter and update customer information in systems including Cie_Trade, AS_400, and JD_Edwards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with spreadsheets.
• Strong typing skills and ability to prepare customer notices and financial communications.
