Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Record journal entries, perform monthly reconciliations, and support month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting; execute internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Compile, analyze, and communicate financial results for management and regulatory reporting; maintain effective reporting controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive automation; support projects and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
- Cook up annual audits by managing auditor requests and gathering required documentation; act as primary liaison between auditors and finance.
- Research and implement accounting guidance (U.S. GAAP, IFRS, Statutory Accounting Principles); document conclusions and serve as a technical accounting resource.
Skills And Background You’ll Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial results preparation and analysis, or equivalent education/experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, or MBA).

Salary Range
$76,250.00 - $111,500.00
