Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Aid in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and post journal entries under supervision
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Aid in financial reports, spreadsheets, and audits
• Track expenses and ensure proper coding of transactions
• Respond to internal inquiries related to accounting data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress)
• One to Two years' experience. Internships are considered in this requirement

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and move up to 20 pounds regularly

$58,000 - $62,000 per year
