Responsibilities

• Performing daily accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and other financial documents.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Participating in the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborating with the accounting team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with financial audits as needed.
• Providing support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a constantly changing industry.
