About the role
This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role where you’ll connect with local businesses and drive new partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Possess strong communication and closing skills
- Prospect and engage local businesses across La Crosse & Rochester
- Pitch the program and close new partner sign-ups
- Guide businesses through onboarding
- Track leads and pipeline in Salesforce
- Socialize with local business owners at community events
- Build local relationships
Requirements
- Field/outside sales experience (D2D preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Bilingual a plus
- Self-starter comfortable in a commission-driven role
