About the role

This role involves working on cutting-edge GIS projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the advancement of geographic information systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS platform
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Contribute to the design and implementation of GIS solutions
- Perform data analysis and provide insights based on GIS data
- Ensure software quality through testing and debugging
- Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, Geomatics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in GIS development or related field
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Experience with geospatial data analysis and visualization
- Knowledge of web mapping technologies and APIs
- Understanding of database management and spatial databases
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
