Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GIS projects using ArcGIS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver GIS solutions
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights based on GIS data
- Support project management activities, including timelines and budgeting
- Ensure data accuracy and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in GIS or related field
- Proficiency in ArcGIS software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with data collection and management
- Knowledge of geographic concepts and principles
- Understanding of spatial analysis techniques
- Basic understanding of database management systems
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Experience with geospatial data formats such as GeoJSON, KML, and Shapefiles
- Familiarity with web mapping technologies like OpenLayers or Leaflet
- Experience with cloud-based GIS platforms such as ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise

Pay
Salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule that allows for occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
