Responsibilities
- Own a defined sales territory, meeting revenue, volume, and margin targets through strategic account management
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships while seeking new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and present customer price quotations and proposals with a focus on value and profitability
- Qualify sales opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage pricing actions as needed
- Accurately forecast sales results on a monthly and quarterly basis to project future performance
- Cook up customer visits, product trials, and technical consultations to drive business development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 4-8 years of relevant sales, account management, or business development experience
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships in a defined territory and growing business
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills essential for success
- Experience in preparing pricing proposals and managing account profitability
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
