About the role
As an Account Manager, Small Plastics - Midwest, you will be responsible for managing relationships with small plastic manufacturing clients in the Midwest region. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Midwest region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client base
- Manage and grow existing accounts through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present proposals and solutions to clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
