About the role
We seek an Account Manager to forge strong, authentic client partnerships by understanding their objectives and presenting impactful proposals for our offerings. You will secure and complete transactions while developing tactical Account Roadmaps and continuously monitoring revenue progression and team expansion.
Responsibilities
- Execute thorough prospect analysis and uncover valuable business development opportunities.
- Leverage specialized sales systems to engage and transition prospects into successful partnerships.
- Initiate email outreach to prospective clients for relationship building and appointment coordination.
- Celebrate telephone outreach and facilitate productive dialogues to cultivate qualified opportunities.
- Partner strategically and cooperatively to formulate and execute targeted prospect approaches and methodologies.
- Collaborate internally with Sales Leadership and Marketing departments to guarantee optimal presentation standards and frequency.
- Deliver holistic and tailored strategies to enhance revenue progression and maximize margins.
- Demonstrate, advocate, and secure services through persuasive value propositions for current and prospective accounts.
- Build, nurture, and sustain productive professional and client connections.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of demonstrated success in account management/client partnership/engagement leadership positions or similar functions within Technology/IT sectors.
- Proven track record in client relationship cultivation including successful transaction completion and fostering enduring client alliances.
- Outstanding sales competencies, communication mastery, and negotiation proficiency.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize, optimize time utilization, and maintain organizational excellence.
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nice to have
- Background as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable technical qualification) is beneficial.
- Existing relationships with prospective clients in technology sectors or diverse industries.
