Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for RAM Mounts products in the powersports and automotive aftermarket
- Grow revenue within an existing portfolio while identifying and onboarding new accounts
- Develop strategic sales plans tailored to your vertical
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM partners
- Capture and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering to develop innovative solutions for the market
- Representing RAM Mounts at trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions
- Provide timely updates on product availability, new launches, and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of sales experience (or transferable skills)
- Background in powersports, automotive aftermarket, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel domestically (Real ID or U.S. Passport required)
Salary Range
$80,168.40 - $85,000
