Account Manager I

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, endorsements, cancellations, and other functions
• Handle book of business of up to $200,000 in commission revenue
• Work directly with clients to answer questions and obtain information for quotes, endorsements, or renewals
• Process client requests for service; gather necessary information for submission; verify and maintain account files

Licensing Or Certification Requirements

• MUST hold current Property/Casualty License in resident state; includes maintaining by meeting all continuation education and other requirements
• Must be working towards CISR, BAM designation or equivalent

Work And Education Experience Requirements

• 2-4 years’ insurance experience
• High school diploma or equivalency; some college preferred

Additional/Preferred

• CISR Designation or similar insurance designation
• Advanced Leadership Skills
• Life and Disability License

Department Account Management & Service Required Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel

• No Travel Required

Required Education

• High school or equivalent
