Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other related policies
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely assistance with policy changes, coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims support
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business submissions accurately and efficiently
- Review policies and coverage to ensure accuracy and identify potential gaps or opportunities to better protect clients
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding renewals and recommended coverage updates
- Work closely with carriers to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and ensure smooth policy servicing
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation within the agency management system
- Support team initiatives and collaborate with other staff to maintain a high standard of service across the office
Qualifications
- Prior insurance experience in personal lines is preferred
- Required: Active Arkansas Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) or similar role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and client focused approach
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in basic computer systems and able to learn agency software
