Account Manager Summary/Objective: Responsible for ensuring the successful operations of a portfolio of accounts including: Client Relations, Enhancement Sales, Quality Control Duties And Responsibilities Assists team leaders in the Maintenance DivisionPlans and selling enhancements to clientsResponsible for set group of client accountsOversees and manages maintenance enhancement crews on day to day operationsMonitors the quality of work by routinely inspecting job sitesTrains and develops team members in proper horticulture and equipment techniquesInputs information as necessary into data systemCommunicates effectively via phone, email, text and face to face meetings with clients, vendors and internal team membersEstablish and maintain safety and security for all employees and customersHave a student mentality – to grow, you must learn new skills Qualifications A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal styleBachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or a related major preferredStrong horticulture knowledge and license is preferredKnowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience is a plusPassion for client service and communicationSuperb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plusMust be able to multitask and prioritizeA valid Driver’s License Physical Demands The physical demands outlined are examples of the type of demands the employee will encounter on the job site.
