Responsibilities
- Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
- Acts as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact and large or complex accounts
- Builds relationships with employer/group clients and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery
- Represents clients internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs
- Works closely with sales on renewals and upselling, though incumbents do not have specific sales goal accountability or primary responsibility to close sales
- Manages customer-specific provider networks, including ongoing roster maintenance and administration of fee schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with client agreements
- Coordinates large, complex claims projects, leading root cause analysis and driving end-to-end resolution strategies to address client issues and improve service outcomes
- Manages customer financial reporting, including the preparation and delivery of monthly standard reports as well as ad hoc analyses to support client needs and decision-making
- Prepares client-facing deliverables, including financial reports, executive summaries, renewal materials, and presentations to support account strategy and decision-making
- Coordinates cross-functional activities by working with internal partners (e.g., clinical, network, pharmacy, underwriting, operations) to support client initiatives and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Currently hold a NY state health insurance license OR willing and able to obtain within 6+ months of hire
- 3+ years of direct client-facing experience in health care lines of business (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Lines of Business)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word (sending and receiving information and creating documents)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets)
- Ability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm and overtime as needed
- Ability to work onsite in NYC 3 days per week
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of PBM experience

Pay
The salary for this role ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment, subject to eligibility requirements.
