Major Responsibilities
- Oversight of sales and promotional efforts for stores within assigned territory and accounts.
- Execution of effective short-term and long-term sales strategies.
- Negotiation of promotional exhibits and sales activities with retail stores.
- Development and conduct of effective sales and promotional presentations.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with key decision-makers, including regular and frequent visits and communication.
- Reflecting Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company positively in appearance, interactions, and decisions, upholding the company’s mission and values.
- Handling complaints and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales strategies and resolve customer or delivery issues.
- Providing applicable sales and sales activity reports.
- Assistance in building and setting-up displays, replenishing or rotating product, inventory maintenance, in-store housekeeping, etc., as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1-3 years of sales or store merchandising experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Customer-focused with the ability to positively and effectively interact with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Independence and minimal supervision.
- Outstanding presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Team player with the ability to interact with multiple departments.
- Reliable vehicle transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
Additional Information
- The role involves traveling to various customer sites, with environments varying.
- The typical workday is Monday-Friday during the day, with occasional evening and weekend work.
- The position requires extensive day travel (up to 75% of the time).
- The role is considered safety-sensitive.
