Major Responsibilities

  • Oversight of sales and promotional efforts for stores within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Execution of effective short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • Negotiation of promotional exhibits and sales activities with retail stores.
  • Development and conduct of effective sales and promotional presentations.
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key decision-makers, including regular and frequent visits and communication.
  • Reflecting Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company positively in appearance, interactions, and decisions, upholding the company’s mission and values.
  • Handling complaints and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales strategies and resolve customer or delivery issues.
  • Providing applicable sales and sales activity reports.
  • Assistance in building and setting-up displays, replenishing or rotating product, inventory maintenance, in-store housekeeping, etc., as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 1-3 years of sales or store merchandising experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to positively and effectively interact with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Independence and minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Team player with the ability to interact with multiple departments.
  • Reliable vehicle transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).

Additional Information

  • The role involves traveling to various customer sites, with environments varying.
  • The typical workday is Monday-Friday during the day, with occasional evening and weekend work.
  • The position requires extensive day travel (up to 75% of the time).
  • The role is considered safety-sensitive.
  • The employee must pass pre-employment/post-offer drug and random drug testing.
