Account Manager, AWM (Northeast Region) - Future Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio, addressing a wide range of wound care needs across patient populations
- Education clinicians and healthcare staff on the clinical and economic value of Smith+Nephew solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption within existing and new accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth and customer satisfaction
- Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs to support best practices in wound care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in sales, preferably within medical device, healthcare, or a related field
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate clinical and economic value
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence customer decision-making
- Experience managing a territory, pipeline, and sales planning process
- High level of accountability, organization, and resilience

Benefits
The position offers competitive compensation, including base salary ($75,000 - $110,000 USD annually), sales commission, and bonuses. Pay
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
This is a field-based sales role requiring travel and on-site visits to healthcare facilities.
