Wallace Finance is looking for a friendly and outgoing Account Manager who can provide outstanding customer service in a small-loan branch network that spans seven states and is still growing. This is a career opportunity with clear paths for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or over the phone—answer questions and post loan payments.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the full application process.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships; keep customers informed about their loan status.
• Contact customers to help them get back on track if payments become overdue.
• Partner with branch management to uphold operating standards and grow the business.
• Occasional travel may be required.
