Responsibilities
- Create and execute a market-specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
- Optimize call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
- Be regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
- Meet regularly with customers in your sales market to understand their needs.
- Educate customers on Crawford’s value-add offerings.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with existing customers.
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
- Champion Crawford's brand in the local community.
- Identify and execute local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of industry-related experience.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals.
- Passionate individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Assertive personality with high energy and resilience.
- Excellent verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
