CovenantFlow lands at commercial banks one credit team at a time. The Account Manager is the relationship after the signature: the person who makes sure the bank actually uses what they bought and finds reasons to use more of it. You will sit between credit, lending, and risk, three constituencies inside every bank, and translate what each one needs into how the product gets configured and what we build next. What you'll do Own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of commercial-bank customers (5–20 institutions, mix of community banks through mid-market).Drive adoption: get every relationship manager, credit analyst, and portfolio manager into the product, not just the executive sponsor.Run quarterly business reviews that aren't slides, they're "here's what your covenant data is telling us."Surface expansion paths: more loans monitored, additional integrations, borrower portal rollouts.Lead renewal conversations early enough that they're not negotiations.Be the customer's voice in product reviews. The product roadmap should reflect what you hear. What we look for 3+ years in commercial-banking SaaS account management, or 5+ years inside a bank in credit, portfolio, or lending operations. You can read a loan agreement and follow the covenant discussion.Comfortable owning a number (NRR) and showing your work.High empathy for credit teams under examiner pressure. Bonus Background at nCino, Salesforce FSC, Q2, Jack Henry, or comparable.Past life as a credit analyst or RM.Comfort speaking to Chief Credit Officers and Chief Risk Officers. How we work Small team. Direct line to founders and product. The work is high-trust, low-overhead, and you'll see the impact of every conversation in the next product cycle.
