Additional statements:
- It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. (Probably boilerplate legal; we should remove as it's legal/EEO? It's a specific state law but could be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. However it's a legal statement; we might remove as it's not substantive job content. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So remove that line.
- Our job titles may span more than one career level. (boilerplate? maybe remove)
- The starting hourly salary for this role is up to $24.00 an hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. (This is about pay; we already have pay info $24/hour. This is somewhat redundant but we can keep pay details. However we should not include filler like "commensurate with experience". This is specific: up to $24/hour, actual base pay dependent on factors. We can keep Pay section with $24/hour and overtime info.
- Amalgamated Bank is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, Minorities / Females / Individuals with Disability / Veterans . AmeriCorps, Peace Corps and other national service alumni are encouraged to apply. View our Pay Transparency Statement . Submission of a resume or any information regarding your qualifications does not constitute a promise or offer of employment. At Amalgamated Bank, we consider an applicant to be someone who has interviewed at least once, in person, with the hiring manager. Amalgamated Bank does not sponsor applicants for work visas. (These are EEO/legal; remove.)
- Hybrid Work Model Effective February 18, 2025, employees in office-based positions will be working a Hybrid work schedule consisting of three days or more, on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, the contact center, branch service roles, and general services where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, this Hybrid work model guidance does not apply to roles that have been designated as “remote”. (This is generic hybrid policy; we have specific hybrid schedule for this role: remote Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tue-Thu. So we should keep schedule section with that specific info. The generic policy can be removed as boilerplate.)
Thus sections:
- About the role: could include description of role, reporting, assignment duration, etc.
- Responsibilities: list of essential job functions.
- Requirements: education/experience requirements.
- Skills: maybe combine knowledge, skills, and experience? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include based on content.
We have:
- Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Requirements (includes education, experience, abilities, proficiency, etc.) This could go under Requirements or Skills. We'll split: Requirements for education/experience; Skills for technical proficiencies (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, communication, attention to detail). Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements; but we can avoid duplication.
We have Pay: $24/hour, overtime $36/hour for >40 hours, regular 37.5-hour workweek.
We have Schedule: full-time 37.5-hour workweek, remote Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tue-Thu, subject to change.
We have Benefits: not mentioned explicitly. No benefits info. So we should not create Benefits section.
We have About the role: summary.
We have Responsibilities: essential job functions list.
We have Requirements: education/experience.
We have Skills: technical proficiencies, communication, attention to detail.
We have Pay: as above.
We have Schedule: as above.
We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". So only include those with real content.
Now produce HTML fragment: use for section headings. Use
