About the role

The company is operating at high growth velocity, serves well-known enterprise customers, and is building out its early go-to-market team in San Francisco to support the next phase of scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from outbound prospecting through closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Work directly with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and early sales playbooks.
  • Build and scale repeatable sales processes, tools, and pipeline infrastructure in a zero-to-one environment.
  • Closely work with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs and influence the roadmap.
  • Consistently close $10K–$30K+ ACV deals while owning revenue targets and forecasting accuracy.
  • Feed market insights back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 1–5+ years of SaaS sales experience (MarTech or B2B preferred).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Passion for AI and digital transformation.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI and digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$120K – $150K base (OTE: $240K – $300K) + commission + material equity.

Schedule

Full-time | On-site.
