About the role
The company is operating at high growth velocity, serves well-known enterprise customers, and is building out its early go-to-market team in San Francisco to support the next phase of scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from outbound prospecting through closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Work directly with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and early sales playbooks.
- Build and scale repeatable sales processes, tools, and pipeline infrastructure in a zero-to-one environment.
- Closely with the product and engineering teams to understand customer needs and provide feedback to inform product development.
- Consistently close $10K–$30K+ ACV deals while owning revenue targets and forecasting accuracy.
- Feed market insights back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of SaaS sales experience (MarTech or B2B preferred).
- Experience selling to enterprise customers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for AI and its impact on search and discovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
