Account Executive (SaaS) - Bilingual English / Spanish
About the role
The Account Executive (SaaS) is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities within a designated territory, executing the full sales cycle, identifying key influencers, and effectively communicating the company's value proposition to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Identify key influencers within target accounts.
- Effectively navigate strategic customer/prospect conversations to uncover core business challenges.
- Connect our solutions with prospective customers' pain points.
- Communicate our value proposition to position against the status quo and competitors.
- Develop proposals focused on addressing prospective client organizations' needs at scale.
- Identify the right stakeholders to define timelines and compelling events that drive deals to close.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to grow the existing book of business while exceeding new business targets.
- Stay closely aligned with customer accounts through renewal cycles to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and help mitigate at-risk accounts.
- Must be comfortable performing product demos via Microsoft Teams or similar technology.
- Share ideas and perspective on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), product marketing needs, sales collateral, and new approaches to prospecting.
- Maintain regular and reliable work attendance.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years experience in selling software or SaaS solutions experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Background selling to brands and/or retailers a plus
- Comfortable being on the phone/video/client facing
- Certification in and strong belief in consultative sales methodology
- Must be able to uncover and quantify customers/prospects complex business challenges
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Results-driven and able to think quickly on your feet
- Problem solver that isn’t afraid to make the tough ask
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Team player

Base pay
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position, our OTE is estimated to be $110,000 to $125,000, at the time of this posting.
