Account Executive - Bilingual

About the role

Rumba 106.1, # 1 Para Reggaetón Y Variedad En Philadelphia, is seeking a bilingual Account Executive (Spanish + English) to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging innovative broadcast and digital marketing tools across 160 markets and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research
• Consistent daily cold-calling to initiate outreach to prospective clients
• Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue
• Create effective marketing campaigns
• Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to best meet clients' expectations

Requirements

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Communicate persuasively
• Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred
• Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
• Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required

Qualifications

• The natural ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks
• Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns
• Analytics experience
• iHeart and/or audio advertising background
• Well-connected in the market
