Account Executive - Online Division

Join us at Grand Canyon Education and begin your career helping Grand Canyon University students succeed! We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Poughkeepsie, NY territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory to build awareness of our online academic programs.
• Drive inquiry generation and shape high impact partnerships through informational presentations, calls, and emails.
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners through various mediums, including in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them towards a successful online learning experience.
• Execute tasks independently, using critical thinking skills to support students and foster institutional growth.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree required.
• No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts effectively in person, in writing, and on the phone.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with diverse students and partners.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay

$75,000 per year with an earning potential of a six-figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor.

Schedule

This is a remote role with ambitious targets. Working independently, you'll be using your out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them on the right path towards a successful online learning experience.
