About the role

The Account Manager, Membership Experience will assist team members with engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Mercury season ticket members. This person will also generate leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referrals, schedule and complete face-to-face appointments in arena and across the Phoenix metro area, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to current clients and potential prospects
  • Work gamedays, member, and new sales events
  • Generate leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referrals
  • Schedule and complete face-to-face appointments in arena and across the Phoenix metro area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Optimistic team-first attitude and a competitive desire preferred
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and gamedays preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years working in a sales and/or service role preferred
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Arctics preferred

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule
