Account Executive - Located in Juneau, AK

Located in Juneau, AK with hybrid options available in Ketchikan, Sitka, or Juneau.

About the role

The Account Executive will serve as a liaison between clients and Guardian Flight, ensuring positive client relations, high customer service standards, maximizing services at each facility, and identifying new and potential business. This role may also include additional responsibilities for designated large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain routine contacts (visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings) with existing clients to ensure smooth working relationships.
• Build and retain solid relationships with personnel at various healthcare facilities and EMS agencies to promote services and identify new business opportunities and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to evaluate, develop, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Work with Operations, Business Development teams, and the Communication Center to develop and implement service plans.
• Gather information regarding competition and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors in the assigned market area.
• Work with Business Development to develop effective communication and marketing materials.
• Demonstrate a professional approach to creating value and gaining confidence in Guardian Flight's services from customers.
• Assist operations in developing systems that encourage feedback from crews regarding barriers in service and service incidents.
• Work with Business Development to create and implement an aggressive Operational Growth & Customer Retention (OGCR) plan.
• Respond to, document, and ensure follow-up on all service inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Participate in new employee orientation regarding the importance and goals of Guardian Flight’s Customer Service Policies/Procedures.
• Travel within the assigned region; overnight travel may be required for conferences, trade shows, and meetings.
• Engage with the community by identifying and representing Guardian at community events and with stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or healthcare experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience related to customer service in healthcare may be considered.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to continuously meet GMR’s Driver Qualification Standards.

Pay

$35,000–$40,000 per year.

Schedule

Part-time, 9 AM–5 PM with some weekends and evenings required.
