About the role
Responsible for managing project workflows from initial client contact through final invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and project timelines
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Oversee project execution and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Generate and manage invoices
- Collaborate with internal teams including finance, sales, and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
