About the role

Netwrix is looking for an experienced Account Executive to grow a defined enterprise territory. The role has two priorities: win new logos and uncover and close expansion opportunities with existing customers. This is a hands-on sales role. You will build pipeline through direct prospecting, executive relationships, and partner co-selling, then manage opportunities from the first conversation through close. Netwrix's identity and data security portfolio gives you several ways to start conversations and grow accounts across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Candidates must be located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory plan that includes targeted new logos and expansion within current customers.
  • Develop relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT security teams, compliance leaders, and other key decision-makers, and position Netwrix as a strategic cybersecurity partner.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, account mapping, expansion planning, and co-selling with resellers, systems integrators, and distributors.
  • Run a consultative sales process that connects priorities such as risk reduction, compliance, and cost of control to clear business and security outcomes.
  • Manage complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through close, including pricing, contracts, competitive positioning, and adoption across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Work with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and channel teams to address customer requirements, support adoption and renewal growth, and develop customer advocates.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulations, and competitors. Keep forecasts, opportunity plans, activity, risks, and next steps accurate and up to date in Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Based in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with proven success managing existing customers and winning new business.
  • Experience engaging multiple levels of an organization and managing six- and seven-figure opportunities through multi-quarter sales cycles.
  • Experience with consultative, multi-threaded selling, value-based conversations, and MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, or a similar sales methodology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
