Responsibilities

  • Build and grow win-win partnerships with influential people to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Elevate the importance and impact of the donor’s partnership with Stand Together.
  • Navigate high-value, complex, and strategic fundraising/sales cycles through structured pipeline management and strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborate and drive with cross-functional teams to devise and execute impactful strategic plans.
  • Proactively grow and own donor portfolios through successful recruitment of new donor partners.
  • Leverage subject matter experts and organizational representatives to further relationships with donor partners and prospects.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems.
  • Demonstrated experience growing strategic relationships and market share in a complex solution environment (major gift officer, account executive, sales account manager).
  • Proven track record of securing 7+ figure financial commitments through strategic, relationship-driven sales cycles or entrepreneurial fundraising campaigns.
  • Matured, entrepreneurial, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of engaging and prioritizing long-term relationships and value creation with partners.
  • Maturity and leadership skills to manage and prioritize plans and activities to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience growing strategic relationships and market share in a complex solution environment.
  • Proven track record of securing 7+ figure financial commitments through strategic, relationship-driven sales cycles or entrepreneurial fundraising campaigns.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Additional bonus earnings may represent a meaningful portion of total compensation.

Schedule

Our schedule allows for up to 50% travel within the United States.
