Account Executive - Data Center Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy focused on hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission critical facilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with data center developers, owner/operators, general contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and end users
- Leverage existing industry relationships to gain early project visibility and influence project specifications
- Drive owner-direct sales efforts while supporting plan-and-spec opportunities
- Lead complex solution sales involving: Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), EPMS platforms, SCADA systems, PLC-based controls, and integrated mission critical infrastructure solutions
- Position Albireo Energy as a trusted advisor for operational resiliency, uptime, energy efficiency, and facility optimization
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop technical scopes, estimates, and customer proposals
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data center, mission critical, BAS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, mechanical systems, or infrastructure sales
- Strong network within the Dallas-Fort Worth construction and mission critical market
- Demonstrated success developing relationships with: General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineers, Data Center Developers, Owner/Operators
- Experience selling into data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other critical environments
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes
- Able to develop and close complex technical sales opportunities
