Account Executive - Data Center Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy focused on hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission critical facilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with data center developers, owner/operators, general contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and end users
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to gain early project visibility and influence project specifications
  • Drive owner-direct sales efforts while supporting plan-and-spec opportunities
  • Lead complex solution sales involving: Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), EPMS platforms, SCADA systems, PLC-based controls, and integrated mission critical infrastructure solutions
  • Position Albireo Energy as a trusted advisor for operational resiliency, uptime, energy efficiency, and facility optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop technical scopes, estimates, and customer proposals

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data center, mission critical, BAS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, mechanical systems, or infrastructure sales
  • Strong network within the Dallas-Fort Worth construction and mission critical market
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with: General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineers, Data Center Developers, Owner/Operators
  • Experience selling into data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other critical environments
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes
  • Able to develop and close complex technical sales opportunities
