Key Responsibilities
- Aid senior sales executives with strategic account development and customer engagement
- Support outreach efforts with general contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and end users
- Identify new project opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth market
- Participate in networking events, trade associations, and industry functions
- Develop relationships with customers and project stakeholders
- Attend customer meetings, presentations, and jobsite visits
- Communicate Albireo Energy's BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls solutions
- Assist with proposal development, estimating coordination, and CRM updates
- Support internal teams with project documentation and customer follow-up
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, construction, engineering, building systems, HVAC, electrical, or related industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to grow a career in technical sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Approximately 10-25% regional travel
Preferred
- Exposure to BAS, HVAC, controls, electrical systems, or construction
- Internship or experience with contractors, engineering firms, or technical systems
- Interest in mission critical or data center infrastructure
