Primary Responsibilities
- Research and identify qualified 'Cold Leads'
- Conduct introductory and educational appointments to move 'Cold Leads' into 'Superficial' and/or 'Qualified' prospects
- Move 'Qualified' prospects into clients through initial referrals and produced projects
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database and record of sales activity using the assigned CRM software

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Tech-savvy (CRM and LinkedIn proficiency required)
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town business development activity
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus
- Knowledge of the commercial property market
