About the role
Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI-driven solutions. This role involves driving revenue growth and fostering lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential Agentforce/Data Cloud customers
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to grow Agentforce/Data Cloud opportunities
- Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack can tailor solutions for customer engagement
- Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to assess clients' needs
- Create compelling Points of View (POVs) to highlight the value of Agentforce/Data Cloud
- Showcase how our solutions align with clients' strategic objectives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales, particularly in Public Sector and/or Nonprofit
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent platforms, configuration, and integration
- Expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data analytics tools
- Sophisticated business acumen and ability to conduct in-depth discovery
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Talent for building enduring client relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills
Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds)
- Technical sales and negotiation techniques
- Cloud Data Warehouse technologies and infrastructure
- Predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 - $214,400 annually. Specific ranges apply to certain job locations.
