About the role

Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI-driven solutions. This role involves driving revenue growth and fostering lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential Agentforce/Data Cloud customers
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to grow Agentforce/Data Cloud opportunities
  • Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack can tailor solutions for customer engagement
  • Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to assess clients' needs
  • Create compelling Points of View (POVs) to highlight the value of Agentforce/Data Cloud
  • Showcase how our solutions align with clients' strategic objectives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales, particularly in Public Sector and/or Nonprofit
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent platforms, configuration, and integration
  • Expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data analytics tools
  • Sophisticated business acumen and ability to conduct in-depth discovery
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Talent for building enduring client relationships
  • Creative problem-solving skills

Skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds)
  • Technical sales and negotiation techniques
  • Cloud Data Warehouse technologies and infrastructure
  • Predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 - $214,400 annually. Specific ranges apply to certain job locations.
