About the role
Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI-driven solutions. The role involves driving revenue growth and fostering enduring client relationships, particularly for Public Sector and Nonprofit clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential Agentforce/Data Cloud customers
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to grow Agentforce/Data Cloud opportunities
- Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement
- Dive deep into understanding clients' needs and challenges
- Present compelling Points of View (POVs) that highlight the value of Agentforce/Data Cloud
- Showcase how our solutions align with clients' strategic objectives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales, especially in Public Sector and/or Nonprofit
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, agent platform configuration, and integration
- Expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data analytics tools
- Sophisticated intuition for business needs and ability to conduct technical discovery
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales environments
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales
- Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform
- Ability to articulate complex AI-driven solutions to technical and business partners
Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds)
- Technical sales and negotiation techniques
- Cloud Data Warehouse technologies and Cloud infrastructure
- Predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques
- Business Intelligence (Tableau)
- Data Cloud expertise

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 - $214,400 annually. Specific ranges apply to certain job locations.
