Account Executive 3, Performance & Expansion, Marketing Solutions
Responsibilities
- Possess a track record of success in advertising, marketing, media, and/or business development
- Provide guidance to prospective customers on leveraging LinkedIn's range of marketing solutions
- Build a solid foundation for clients' marketing objectives and foster long-term partnerships
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team quotas
- Collaborate with client solutions managers and cross-functional partners to deliver value to customers
- Regularly share ideas and best practices with peers and manager to inspire continued innovation
- Participate in a learning culture to continuously develop as a sales professional and colleague
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, and/or business development
- 2+ years of media sales or digital media account management experience preferred
- Experience working with startup marketers and/or within a startup company preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales preferred
- Familiarity with the LinkedIn Ads platform preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate clients' business and marketing objectives
- Proven ability to manage a significant number of clients/accounts
- Effective communication and digital marketing skills
- Data-driven selling skills

Benefits
The pay range for this role is $171,000 to $260,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
