About the Role

The Account Development Representative (ADR) role is the launching point for an individual looking for a successful career in SaaS sales. In this position, you will be at the forefront of Samsara’s go-to-market strategy, hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Samsara’s full line of products. This role is ideal for those looking to develop enterprise technology sales skills and advance their careers. Successful ADRs earn accelerated commissions and are on a path for promotion into closing roles.

You will work closely with top-tier executives and gain firsthand insight into how successful sales organizations operate. This is a hybrid position open to candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, requiring 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day.
  • At least 6 months of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability. This can include sales-related coursework or sales competitions.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and a willingness to collaborate with teammates and in the selling process.
  • 6 months of experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and embed AI usage into day-to-day operations.

Pay

Annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this full-time position are $49,204.80 USD, depending on your city of residence.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, and 2 days remote.
