Key Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts.
- Keep up to date with current promotions, new products, and current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.
- Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and accounts with growth potential.
- Understand existing business and the segments they serve.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
- Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded.
- Facilitate and accurately generate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma with 3+ years of previous sales experience, including stellar customer service acuity.
- A higher-level education degree in a business-related field is preferred, but not required.
- CRM software experience is preferred, but previous coatings experience is highly sought after.
- Daily travel within your assigned territory is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

PPC participates in a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program. With FAVR, you drive your own car and receive tax-free reimbursements that cover both fixed costs (like insurance) and variable costs (like gas).
