Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments and meeting customers to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
  • Utilize materials and resources provided to systematically call upon all businesses in your area, understanding what those businesses do and who the key players are.
  • Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on a daily basis.
  • Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services while onsite.
  • Liaising between the Company and the customers for up-to-date pricing, service, and latest product-release launches.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, Social Media such as Facebook, Constant Contact Campaigns, and cold-calling.
  • Adequately communicates the scope of the work and needs of the customer to the Designers and Production staff.
  • Enhancing up-to-date knowledge on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending training and other meetings.
  • Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.
  • Effectively attending conferences and trade shows, where applicable.
  • Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
  • Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintaining accurate expense accounts.
  • Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.
  • Providing product quotes to customers as needed.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be easy-going, adaptable, quality conscious and professional
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Well organized and people person with excellent phone handling skills
  • Able to cross sell and up sell products and services
  • Knowledge and application of printing concepts
  • Able to work collaboratively
  • High energy level
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible
