Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to coordinate client insert programs and production projects from start to finish. This role serves as the bridge between clients and our production teams, ensuring projects are accurate, on schedule, and delivered successfully. This is an onsite position working closely with our production and operations teams in Anaheim.

What You'll Do

  • Manage client insert programs and production requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Cook up schedules, materials, and project timelines
  • Review artwork, instructions, and job specifications
  • Maintain a keen eye on active jobs and communicate project updates
  • Perform quality checks and validate project requirements
  • Cook up insert shipments and client materials
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Partner with production, operations, and client service teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in account management, client services, project coordination, customer support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

  • Print production, direct mail, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments
  • Marketing operations or production coordination
  • Adobe Acrobat or Creative Suite familiarity
