About the role
The Account Coordinator supports the Client Services team on various commercial print and direct mail job functions. They assist with pre-production tasks such as job ticket entry, job revisions, proof review and signoffs, postal promotion submissions, and archiving. Post-production tasks include sample receipt, routing, and shipping, and preparing and delivering reports to clients. They also support client-specific tasks, keep Account Managers informed of job-related concerns, and participate in 6S initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Client Services Team with various pre-production tasks, including job ticket entry, job revisions, proof review and signoffs, postal promotion submissions, and archiving.
- Aid the Client Services Team with post-production activities, such as sample receipt, routing, and shipping, and prepare and deliver reports to clients.
- Assist with client-specific tasks as they arise.
- Keep Account Managers informed of any job-related concerns or opportunities.
- Participate in 6S initiatives.
- Follow all Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work within tight timelines and respond quickly to urgent requests.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Flexibility to work across the entire Client Services department as needed.
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required.
- Associate’s degree or experience in a customer service environment strongly preferred.
- Experience with direct mail and commercial print is helpful but not required.

Wage Range: $22.00-$27.00
