Position Overview
The Account Coordinator position at DH Pace Company, Inc. serves as the liaison between internal technicians, vendors, and subcontractors, and the company's nationwide clients. Key responsibilities include accurately entering and updating data, verifying and correcting discrepancies, maintaining data confidentiality, and assisting with data organization and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of administrative experience are preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must be able to problem solve using good judgment.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
