Accountabilities
- Support the planning and implementation of paid social campaigns, including campaign objectives, timelines, organization, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Collect, analyze, and process campaign performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage project workflows and priorities to ensure timely delivery of campaign activities.
- Prepare clear and effective internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client goals and campaign execution.
- Maintain working knowledge of Meta Ads and paid social media best practices.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct regular campaign health checks and pacing updates to monitor performance.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and developments within the paid social landscape.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with Meta Ads.
- Strong interest in learning and mastering paid social platforms.
- Previous experience in a production-focused, coordination, marketing, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience using spreadsheet functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns.
- High level of organization, independence, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and grow responsibilities.
- Passion for staying current with marketing trends and digital advertising innovations.
