Account Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and revise orders and provide instructions to the Traffic department
• Manage preemptions
• Request inventory updates for Makegoods
• Research rating point equivalents and Offer Makegoods
• Follow through with Account Executives for Makegood approval
• Confirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox, and Katz Media Group
• Request copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from clients to production
• Cook in-station executions and manage station events & client remotes when needed
• Pull revenue, competitive, and historical reports from various Sales applications
• Create PowerPoint event recaps for clients after on-site events in a timely manner
• End of month invoices reconciliation
• Co-op process may include translations of TV/Radio scripts
• Research paperwork for credit memos
• Sales back-up when/as needed

Requirements

• 1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible sales (preferred)
• Detail oriented & strong organizational skills
• Good customer service
• Strong verbal and written English language communication skills
• Able to work in a multi-task work environment
• Computer skills including Windows 200/XP, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word required
• Fluent in Spanish (read and write)

Qualifications

• Located at our Dallas office and requires onsite work
