Account Supervisor, Social

About the role

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking an Account Supervisor to join their Hyundai social team. This is a hybrid position, working x3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments with our client
• Organize project timelines, production & media budgets, and team workflow delegation
• Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production, strategy, campaign analytics & reporting
• Manage finance process on the agency and client-side
• Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, input briefs, meeting facilitation, contact reports, client feedback, product & legal reviews
• Coordinate with internal production and Client’s production auditing firm to vet all production projects
• Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress
• Enthusiastically represent the team to clients and partners
• Manage client expectations
• Advocate for clients when needed to ensure brand expectations are considered through campaign development process
• Oversee dedicated Account Executive
• Manage & oversee Influencer & Creator campaigns
• Collaborate with strategy team to facilitate analytics & reporting process refinements
• Stay up to date with current social media industry trends & platform updates to contribute to overall campaign success

Requirements

5+ years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency environment

Automotive experience is highly preferred

Experience in social media

Self-starter with excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

Strong understanding of and passion for brand campaigns

Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter & YouTube will be helpful in this role

Pay

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: budget, client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
