Account Coordinator
Job Responsabilities
- Enter, Review, and Revise Orders & provide Traffic department with instructions as well as spot(s)
- Manage preemptions
- Request Inventory updates for Makegood Offers
- Research rating point equivalent Offers
- Follow through with AE for Makegood approval
- Confirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz Media Group
- Request copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to production
- Cookinate in-station executions as well as manage station events & client remotes when needed
- Pull Revenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports from various Sales applications to help Sales team
- Enter missing copy & production requests through VCreative
- Create PowerPoint Event recaps for clients after on-site events in a timely manner
- End of month invoices reconciliation.
- Co-op process may include translations of TV/Radio scripts
- Research paperwork for credit memos
Requirements
- 1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible sales preferred
- Detail oriented & strong organizations skills
- Good Customer Service
- Strong Verbal and written English language communication skills
- Able to work in multi-task work environment
- Computer skills including Windows 200/XP, Powerpoint, Excel and Word required
- Fluent in Spanish (read and write)

Benefits
SALARY RANGE Base Salary- $47,000-52,000 + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
