Job Details: Pay: $28-29/hr to Start4+ month assignment, strong potential for conversion or extension based on performance and budgetRemote Role (Will be working PST hours)Monday-Friday (Standard 1st Shift) Functions Active California Property & Casualty broker-agent license required. The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Small Business commercial lines service team. This is a high-volume, transaction-driven role: the small business book carries a large number of accounts with frequent, time-sensitive servicing needs. The primary objective is to ensure timely processing of policy transactions, maintain accurate client records, and support Account Managers in delivering exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle while meeting established service level agreements. Qualifications Active California Property & Casualty broker-agent license is required. Prior experience in commercial insurance, particularly in a small business or high-volume servicing environment. Experience with an agency management system (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar) is a plus. Familiarity with certificate and endorsement processing at scale.
