Account Coordinator

Job Responsabilities

• Enter, Review, and Revise Orders & provide Traffic department with instructions as well as spot(s)
• Manage preemptions
• Request Inventory updates for Makegood Offers
• Research rating point equivalent Offers
• Follow through with AE for Makegood approval
• Confirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz Media Group
• Request copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to production
• Cook in-station executions as well as manage station events & client remotes when needed
• Pull Revenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports from various Sales applications to help Sales team
• Enter missing copy & production requests through VCreative
• Create PowerPoint Event recaps for clients after on-site events in a timely manner
• End of month invoices reconciliation
• Co-op process may include translations of TV/Radio scripts
• Research paperwork for credit memos
• Sales Back-up when/as needed

Requirements

• 1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible sales preferred
• Detail oriented & strong organizations skills
• Good Customer Service
• Strong Verbal and written English language communication skills
• Able to work in multi-task work environment
• Computer skills including Windows 200/XP, Powerpoint, Excel and Word required
• Fluent in Spanish (read and write)

Benefits

SALARY RANGE Base Salary- $47,000-52,000 + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
